What is equine facilitated leadership?

Utilising horses is an unconventional approach to leadership, personal and professional development. The horses provide participants with a real life mirror of thoughts emotions and physical behaviours that may not be in their consciousness.

Horses are herd animals who for their survival are tuned into the slightest inconsistency in their environment. They mirror back our inconsistent behaviours that stop us moving deeper into our own authenticity or natural capital.

Stepping Up

So many courses and providers of leadership training focus on all the external qualities required in order to step into a larger role in an organisation. How do you learn the correct attitude of mind? How do you upgrade your internal skills?

Come and join us and find out! No horse experience is needed. No riding is involved. Our horses interact with you as the participant and co-facilitator in the activities which are all done on the ground.
